  • Currently we are only accepting submissions from Canada and the United States. We require everyone submitting stories to refer to our Submit Story page. Please ensure to review our Submission Guidelines and Privacy Policy before submitting any stories to In-Laws or Outlaws.

How will I know if my story is going to be published?

Send your new contact information to author@inlawoutlaw.com. Include your first and last name, your old contact information and your new e-mail address.
How long will it take for the In-Laws or Outlaws team to decide which stories will be published?

  •  As mentioned above, if your story is selected a member of our team will contact you via e-mail. Be patient, as it does take time to sort through the several submissions we receive. We take pride in ensuring only the best tales make it into our publication, so make sure your story proves to our readers that it could always be worse!

Is there a deadline for submitting stories to In-Laws or Outlaws?

  • There is currently no deadline for submissions as we have many projects in the works. If your story is not selected for this exciting new book, it may end up in our next edition. So, be sure to keep those submissions coming and check back often for newly released titles.

Can I submit my story elsewhere?

  • No. If you have submitted a story to In-Laws or Outlaws for publication, you will have read and agreed to our Privacy Policy and Submission Guidelines. Therefore, you understand we own the rights to the story in which you have submitted and request you do not publish or submit it elsewhere.
